摘　　要：运用文献综述法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,探讨了我国高校高水平运动员培养发展中存在的问题:包括高水平运动员的招生、学籍管理、教练员能力、学训矛盾等,并对存在的问题进行全面分析后提出了相应的对策,为高校高水平运动员可持续性培养提供借鉴。In this paper, the auther discuss several questions by the use of literature review to explore our university athletes train several problems exist in the development, including enrollment, student management of high-level athletes, coaches, learning and training contradictions, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problems after corresponding countermeasures to provide effective reference for university athletes in sustainability culture.
