摘　　要：目的:根据医学高校物理化学实验室特点,结合实验教学提出物理化学实验室建设及管理建议。方法:采用做好仪器设备的维护与管理、实验室资料的收集与管理以及加强实验技术人员素质等方法,使物理化学实验室仪器设备得到有效利用。结果:通过严格执行规范化的仪器管理制度及加强技术人员的学习,使实验室的管理得到有效改善,实验教学水平有所提高。结论:为提高医学高校物理化学实验教学质量,有必要做好物理化学实验室的管理与建设工作。Objective： To make recommendations about construction and management of physical chemistry laboratory based on the characteristics of the physical chemistry laboratory and combined with experimental teaching. Methods： Through an effective equipment maintenance and management; data collection and management of laboratory; strengthen the skills of technician, the equipment of the physical chemistry laboratory could be utilized effectively. Results： implementing a standardized equipment management system rigorously, enhancing technician＇s skills, having an effective management approach of physical chemistry laboratory, improving the level of experimental teaching. Conclusion： In order to improve the quality of teaching of physical chemistry experiment, good management and construction of the physical chemistry laboratory are necessary
