摘　　要：目的探讨PTTG1在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测PTTG1在79例肝细胞癌组织及79例相应的癌旁肝组织中的表达,分析PTTG1表达与肝细胞临床病理指标的关系。结果在肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织中PTTG1高表达率分别为53.2%、1.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTTG1的表达水平与卫星结节,Edmondson病理分级密切相关。PTTG1在无卫星结节组和有卫星结节组高表达率分别为39.7%、68.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTTG1在Edmondson病理分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ、Ⅳ组高表达率分别为38.3%、62.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTTG1表达水平与性别、年龄、AFP、HBsAg、肝硬化程度、ICGR15、TNM分期、肿瘤大小及肿瘤包膜状况无关。结论肝癌组织中PTTG1的表达明显高于癌旁肝组织,PTTG1的表达水平与卫星结节,Edmondson病理分级相关,提示PTTG1可能在肝癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。Objective To explore PTTFG expression and its significance in hepatoeellular carcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohis- tochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of the PTTFG protein in 79 cases of HCC and the corresponding para- cancerous tissues. The relationship between PTTFG protein and clinical pathological characters of HCC patients was analyzed. Results The high expression rate of PTTFG protein in HCC tissues and paracancerous tissues was 53.2% and 1.3%, respectively, There was significantly difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The expression of PTTG1 protein was closely correlated with satellite nodules and Edmondson grading. The high expression rate of PTTFG in patients with no satellite nodule was lower than that in patients with satellite nodule（39.7% vs 68.7%,P〈0.05）. High FITG1 expression rate in Edmondson grade I or II group was lower than that in Edmondson grade III or IV group too （38.3% vs 62.5%,P〈0.05）. There is no correlation among the PTrG1 ex- pression with gender, age, AFP, HBsAgl liver cirrhosis, ICGR15, TNM stage, tumor size and tumor capsule （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The expression of PTrG1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The ex- pression of PTrG1 was correlated with satellite nodules and pathologic grade, which suggests that PTrG1 protein might contribute to the occurrence and progress of HCC.
