摘  要:目的探讨微种植体配合Ⅲ类颌间牵引治疗高角骨性Ⅲ类错畸形病例的临床疗效。方法选取高角骨性Ⅲ类错畸形病例20例,分为微种植体支抗组(采用微种植体支抗结合Ⅲ类颌间牵引)和常规支抗组(采用常规Ⅲ类颌间牵引),测量矫治前后的X线头颅侧位片并将结果进行配对t检验,评估疗效。结果微种植体支抗组U6-PP、U6-SN、SN-MP、FH-MP、Y轴均未发生明显变化,而常规支抗组U6-PP、U6-SN、SN-MP、FH-MP、Y轴有不同程度的增大。结论微种植体支抗在进行Ⅲ类颌间牵引的过程中能有效的控制高角患者的垂直高度,防止下颌骨顺时针旋转。Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of microscrew implant anchorage on Class m malocclusion with high angle. Methods Totally twenty cases of Class m high angle malocclusions were chosen and classified into two groups. The experimental group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage combining with Class m elastics while the control group was treated with Class Ⅲ elastics without microscrew implant. Lateral cephalometric radiographs of pretreatment and post- treatment were detected and statistically analyzed using student t test. Results There were no significant changes in the distance of U6-PP as well as the angles of U6-SN, SN-MP, FH-MP and Y axis in the experimental group compared with the control group in which the changes increased. Conclusion It is effective to use microscrew implant anchorage with Class Ⅲ elastics to control the vertical height of mandible and prevent it from rotating elockwisely.
