重症手足口病治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白和肌酸激酶同工酶的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：摘要：目的观察重症手足口病患儿治疗前后超敏c反应蛋白（hs．CRP）及肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法分别检测25例重症手足口病和30例手足口病普通病例治疗前后的hs—CRP和CK—MB水平。结果手足口病重症病例组与普通组比较，治疗前hs．CRP和CK．MB明显增高，差异有统计学意义（尸〈O．01）。而治疗后则相差不明显，差异无明显统计学意义（JD〉0．05）。结论重症手足口病治疗前hs—CRP、CK-MB显著高于普通手足口病患儿，而治疗后则相差不明显，对于指导临床治疗及诊断心肌损害有重要意义，hs—CRP、CK—MB显著异常有助于提示重症手足口病。Objective To observe theeffectofthe clinical significance and changes of hs-CRP, CK-MB in Severe hand foot and mouth disease children （HFMD） before and after treatment. Methods 25 patients with severe HFMD and 30 common cases of HFMD were detected separately hs-CRP and CK-MB levels before and after treatment. Results before treatment, compared with the common cases of HFMD, the level of hs-CRP and CK-MB in severe HFMD were significantly increased （P 〈0.01 ）.And after treatment showed no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Before tyeatment hs-CRP, CK-MB of severe HFMD was significantly higher than that of common HFMD, After treatment, the level showed no statistically significant difference~ It can guide the clinical treatment and diagnosis of myocardial damage is important., Hs-CRP, CK-MB significant abnormalities contribute to suggestive of severe HFMD
