摘　　要："入学申请制"是深化我国博士招生制度改革、完善博士招生选拔机制的一项重大举措。文章在简要回顾我国博士生招生制度发展的基础上,介绍了入学申请制的原则、特点和作用,并通过对入学申请制招生政策进行文本分析,总结目前国内高校入学申请制的实施情况,再结合海(境)内外院校博士招生的相关政策,对在我国进一步推行入学申请制提出政策建议。The application system of doctoral programme admission is a great measure to deepen the reform of China＇ s doctoral application system and to improve the enrollment system. Based on the brief review of the devel- opment of China＇ s doctoral enrollment system, the principle, features and the functions were introduced in the pa- per, and the policy of enrollment for the application system was text analyzed. The circumstance of implementation of application system in the world was summarized. Then combined with the related policy of doctoral enrollment in the colleges abroad, some policy suggestions to further promote application system of admission were put forward.
