摘　　要：分析了某精密电机轴承异常磨损的现象,阐述了精密电机轴承异常磨损的原因,采集精密电机磨损粉末进行了电镜扫描分析,对磨损粉末的元素成分进行了研究,找到了轴承异常磨损的原因并提出了改进措施,实现了精密电机的装机合格率的大幅提高。The paper analyzed the precision motor abnormal wear phenomenon, made a speculation of rea- sons for abnormal wear of a precision motor bearing, and collected the powder of the precision motor bear- ing to analyze by using scanning electron microscopy. Through position, we found the reasons for abnormal wear of the the analysis of wear powder＇ s element com- bearing and put forward the improvement meas- ures, which realized the significant increase of the precision motor assembly qualified rate.
