摘　　要：讨论了我国国有企业经营者绩效评价中普遍存在的经营者界定不明晰、评价主体单一、评价指标短期化、忽视绩效反馈等四个方面的问题。This paper mainly discussed four problems generally existing in the operators＇ performance evaluation of our country＇ s state-owned enterprise. They were the unclear definition of operator, the single assessment subject, the short-term evaluation indicators and neglecting performance feedback.
