摘　　要：本文就校企合作开发高职高专英语教材的模式展开探索，在研究教材开发的理论基础．指导原则后得出合适的教材开发模式，进而使开发的教材处于动态发展过程中，保证学生所学知识与时俱进，尽快适应从事的工作岗位．This paper explores the development mude of English teaching material of vocational colleges on the basis of the cooperation between college and enterprise. After an analysis uf theuretical basis and guiding principles of developing teaching material,a feasible development mode of teaching materials is obtained,which makes teaching material on the way of dynamic development,keeps knowledge on the teaching material updated and get students quickly to be adapted to the future job.
