关于我国民事诉讼审前准备程序的思考

摘　　要：本文从“直接开庭”存在的弊端入手 ,以程序正义为出发点 ,在比较、分析不同国家的民事诉讼审前准备程序的基础上 ,结合中国司法实践 。The article begins with the drawbacks of“one step to court”,and starting from procedure justice,establishes preparatory procedure of Chinese civil litigation on the basis of Chinese judicial practice and the comparison of pretrial procedure in different countries.
