摘　　要：鼻咽癌有其独特的流行病学特征,浙江省是高发区域之一。随着医疗技术的发展,鼻咽癌的治愈率明显提高。全文就浙江省在鼻咽癌治疗中的历史发展,以及随着诊治技术的提高,在鼻咽癌诊断学,IMRT、IGRT及ART等放疗新技术应用,放化疗联合治疗,恩度靶向治疗等方面的临床诊治现状及进展作一介绍。Zhejiang province has a high incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） and unique characteristics of epidemiology. The diagnosis and treatment of NPC improve remarkably recently. In this review, the present status and future challenges of diagnosis and treatment, and the diagnosis,IMRT, IGRT,ART therapy,combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and targeted therapy of NPC in Zhejiang Province are introduced.
