摘　　要：【目的】探讨胰腺癌患者外周血清中CD27和CD27L蛋白的含量及临床意义。【方法】ELISA法和Western blotting检测52例胰腺癌患者和45例健康查体者外周血中CD27和CD27L蛋白的含量,并分析与病理类型和临床分期的关系。【结果】与健康查体组相比,胰腺癌患者外周血中CD27蛋白含量未出现明显变化(P>0.05),但CD27L蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.001)。Spearman秩相关分析表明CD27和CD27L之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。CD27L蛋白含量在发生神经侵润、淋巴结转移和进展期的患者外周血中显著升高(P<0.05)。【结论】CD27/CD27L通路与胰腺癌的恶性进展和淋巴结转移有密切关系。[Objective] To explore the serum concentration and the clinical pathological significance of CD27 and CD27L protein in pancreatic cancer patients. [Methods] Serum concentration of CD27 and CD27L in 52 cases of pancreatic cancer and 45 cases of healthy subject were detected by ELISA method and Western blotting test. The relationships between the expression of the two proteins and the clinical pathological significance were analyzed by statistical methods. [Results] The serum concentration of CD27 in pancreatic cancer patients was similar to normal control （P 〉 0.05）, but the level of CD27L in pancreatic cancer patients was higher than that in normal control （P 〈 0.001）. Spearman correlation showed no significant relationship between the expressions of CD27 and CD27L （P 〉 0.05）. The concentration of CD27L was obviously increased in patients with nerve invasion, lymphatic metastasis and advanced stage（P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The pathway of CD27/CD27L has close relationship with malignant progression and lymphatic metastasis of human pancreatic cancer.
