摘 要:【目的】观察维生素E对肺癌患者血清中三酰甘油(total triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL)浓度的影响。【方法】选取52例肺鳞癌男性患者其中30名口服维生素E100 mg/d,连续7 d,另外22名不做任何处理,30名健康男性其中15名口服维生素E100 mg/d,连续7 d,另外15名不做任何处理,7 d后抽取静脉血,测定血脂水平。【结果】口服维生素E组中血清TG、TC、LDL浓度明显低于未口服维生素E组与对照组(P<0.05),口服维生素E组中血清HDL浓度明显高于未口服维生素E组(P<0.05)。【结论】维生素E能显著降低肺癌患者血清TG、TC、LDL浓度,升高血清HDL浓度。[Objective ] To investigate the effect of Vitamin E on concentration of total triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) in blood serum of patients with lung cancer. [Methods] 52 male patients who sufferred from lung Squamous Cells Carcinoma were chosen ( 30 men took Vitamin E 100 mg/d by mouth for 7 days, and 22 men did nothing), and another 30 healthy men were also chosen (15 men took Vitamin E 100 mg/d by mouth for 7 days, 15 men did nothing). Venous blood was abstracted and lipid was detected respectively after 7 days. [Results] The concentration of TG, TG, LDL in groups taking Vitamin E were lower the groups without taking Vitamin E group and control group (P 〈 0.05), and the concentration of HDL in groups taking Vitamin E was obviously higher than groups without taking Vitamin E (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusions]Vitamin E can obviously reduce the concentration ofTG, TG, LDL, and increase the concentration of HDL.
