盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合电针治疗抑郁症伴躯体症状疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】研究文拉法辛联合电针治疗抑郁症伴躯体症状的疗效。【方法】将60例抑郁症伴躯体症状患者随机分为研究组(文拉法辛与电针联合应用治疗)和对照组(单用文拉法辛治疗),各30例,于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)各项因子分及减分率评定疗效,副反应量表(treatment emergent symptom scale,TESS)来评价药物不良反应。【结果】治疗2、4、6周,研究组的HAMD总分及焦虑/躯体化、阻滞、睡眠障碍等因子分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的各项不良反应均低于对照组,其中头晕、口干、恶心呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】文拉法辛联合电针治疗抑郁症伴躯体症状的疗效优于单纯药物治疗。[ Objective ] To study the therapeutic effect of venlafaxine combined with electro-acupuncture on the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms. [ Methods ] 60 cases of depression with somatic symptoms were randomly divided into study group （venlafaxine plus electro-acupuncture） and control group （venlafaxine only）, 30 patients in each. The efficacy was evaluated with the hamilton depression rating scale （I-IAMD） factor scores before and at 2nd, 4th, 6th week after the treatment, and the reduction rate of adverse drug reactions were evaluated with Symptom Scale （TESS）. [Results] At 2nd, 4th, 6th week after treatment the HAMD total score, anxiety/somatization, retardation, sleep disorder scores of the study group were significantly different from those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate was much better in the study group（P 〈 0.05）, the adverse reaction was lower in the study group, among which dizziness, thirst, nausea and vomiting were significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Venlafaxine combined with electro-acupuncture is more effective in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms than single drug treatment.
