摘　　要：在分析、评价我国现行高教质量管理基本政策的基础上,提出改进我国高教质量管理政策的对策和建议:贯彻质量管理政策必须遵循高等教育的发展规律,构建、完善教学质量监控、评价系统,改进本科教育水平评估工作,建立健全高校优质教学资源共享体系。On the basis of analyzing and evaluating the basic policy of our country＇ current higher education quality management, the countermeasures and suggestions of improving our country＇ higher education quality management policy are raised ： carrying out the policy of quality management must follow the law of development of higher education, building and perfecting teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, improving the evaluation of undergraduate education levels, establishing and improving the good quality teaching resource sharing system of colleges and universities.
