明清时期景德镇陶瓷轮制成型技艺的演变研究

摘　　要：由于各种不同的原因,陶瓷轮制成型技艺等许多景德镇传统制瓷技艺已随社会的发展逐步演变甚至失传。本文以载有制瓷技术理论的古陶瓷典籍为基础,结合景德镇窑址考古发掘资料,以及现代科学技术分析方法,综合分析和探讨了明清时期景德镇陶瓷轮制成型的工艺特征及演变过程。Some traditional porcelain manufacturing techniques in Jingdezhen were slowly altered or even failed to be handed down with the development of society for a variety of historical reasons. In this paper, characteristics and evolution of Jingdezhen ceramic jiggering technology in Ming and Qing dynasties are studied based on the theorization of porcelain making technology in ancient ceramic books, and confirmed and discussed from archaeological excavations of Jingdezhen kiln sites and modem science and technology analysis.
