摘　　要：在分析企业创新方案制定、创新准备与创新实施等不同创新阶段对应的资源识别与方案制定、创新资源需求确定、创新方案任务分解、资源可获渠道分析、权衡成本与风险、选择资源获取渠道、创新资源分配与资源供给风险识别及控制等资源管理问题的基础上,揭示不同资源管理内容的矛盾问题,并有针对性地提出矛盾问题解决方法。创新资源管理矛盾问题分析与解决思路可为企业提升创新资源利用效率与创新绩效提供有效参考与方法支持。Based on the analysis of the corresponding relationship between different innovating stages such as enterprise innovating scheme design, innovating preparation, innovating implement and resources management problem such as resources identification and scheme design, innovation resources demand confirmation, innovation task division and resources obtaining channel analysis, cost and risk weighing and obtaining channel selection, innovation resources distribution and resources supplying risk identification and control and so on, this paper discovers contradiction problems of different resources managing content and then solving methods are accordingly brought forward. Innovation resources management contradicts analysis and solving thought can offer effective references and method support to enhance enterprise innovation performance and innovation resources utilizing efficiency.
