超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障的效果。方法:选择高度近视合并年龄相关性白内障患者30例(36眼),在表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果:本组患者术后的视力与前房深度都有明显提高(P<0.05),与时间的变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。术中出现并发症4眼,发生率为11.1%,及时处理后好转。结论:超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障能有效提高视力,可恢复前房深度,安全性好,值得临床继续推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the phacoemulsification for high myopia with cataract patients. Methods Select the patients from our hospital between January 2010 and December 2010 of high myopia age - related cataract patients 30 eases （36 eyes）, un- der surface anesthesia for cataract phacoemulsitlcation and intraocular lens implantation. Results The patients of postoperative vision and anterior chamber depth are increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05）, and correlate with time changes （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of intraopera- five complications was 11.1% （4 eyes）, all with timely treatment. Conclusion High myopia with phacoemulsification can effectively im- prove the eyesight and restore the anterior chamber depth, security is good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
