摘　　要：目的:探讨正常人群精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MCCB)得分的年龄效应。方法:采用横断面研究方法,对390例正常被试用MCCB完成认知功能评估,之后将所有被试以5岁为间隔分为10个年龄组,比较各年龄组MCCB得分的差异。结果:除情绪管理分测验外,其余MCCB 9项分测验及总分均表现出显著的年龄效应(F=2.99～21.22,均P<0.01)。其中21～25岁组的各分测验及总分成绩最好,之后随着年龄的增长,各组MCCB总分及分测验得分总体出现逐渐下降的趋势。相关分析显示,除情绪管理和言语流畅两个分测验外,其余8项分测验及MCCB总分均与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.21～-0.57,均P<0.01),其中符号编码与年龄的相关性最大(r=-0.57)。结论:正常人群的精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)得分有年龄效应,测验成绩呈现随年龄增长而逐渐下降的趋势。Objective： To explore age effects on performance of MATRICS consensus cognitive battery （MC- CB） tests in normal individuals. Methods： Cognitive functions were measured using MCCB battery test in 390 nor- mal participants. To test the cognitive variation in different age groups, a total of 10 subgroups were attained based on age with 5 years gradient among subgroups. Results： Except managing emotions, 9 subtests of the MCCB exhibi- ted significant age effect on cognitive performance among subgroups （F =2.99 -21.22, Ps 〈0. 01）. The scores of MCCB subtests and composite decreased as age increasing with subgroup of 21 -25 years old achieved the highest level in all subtests and composite scores. Correlation analysis showed that eight subtests and composite scores of MCCB were significant negatively correlated with age （r = -0. 21 - -0. 57, Ps 〈 0. 01）, except scores of managing emotions and category fluency test. The strongest correlation between subtest score and age was shown in signal coding test（r = -0. 57）. Conclusion： It suggests that there are significant age effects on performance of MCCB tests with scores of its subtests and composite decreased with aging in normal subjects.
