摘　　要：以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂催化合成了乙酸异戊酯 ,探讨了酯化反应条件 ,酯收率达 97 2 %。实验结果表明一水合硫酸氢钠催化性能优良 ,反应条件温和 ,方法简便 ,收率优良。Iso-amyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and iso-armyl alcohol and catalyzed by sodium bisulfate monohydrate.The optimal conditions of esterification were determined.The yield was 97.2%.The optimal conditions in this work were:the molar ratio of the alcohol and acid was 1∶1.2,the usage amount of catalysis was 0.5～1.0g and the temperature of the reaction was 108～136℃.The experimental results showed catalytic activity was high,conditions were mild,method was convenient and yield was excellent.
