相对低分子质量肝素钠联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨运用相对低分子质量肝素钠（LWMH）联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的疗效.方法 选取2010年10月～ 2012年10月在我院住院治疗的116例脑血栓患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用LWMH联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗.治疗结束后观察患者的症状、体征改善情况和实验室检查指标变化.结果 治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组,患者症状、体征缓解情况及全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板黏附率等指标改善情况明显优于对照组.结论 应用LWMH可以起到显著的抗凝作用,奥扎格雷钠可以抑制TXA2活性,进而抑制血栓形成,两者联用对治疗脑血栓效果良好.Objective To study the efficacy of the low molecular weight heparin the united ozagrel treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods Selecte 116 cases of patients of cerebral thrombosis from October 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital,and all patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group were given conventional treatment plus low molecular weight heparin,and the control group were given conventional treatment.After the end of treatment observed the patient＇ s symptoms and signs and laboratory parameters changes.Results Patients in treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the hemorheology improvement was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin united ozagrel treatment of cerebral thrombosis were better effect.
