摘　　要：禁止令是对管制犯、缓刑犯具体执行监管措施的革新,具有附属性、补充性、强制性、相关性、预防性等特征。禁止令的适用必须有严格的条件和明确的原则。我们应当不断地在立法、司法上对禁止令适用过程中存在的问题加以完善。The injunction means carries the characteristics of being v control and probation to make concrete executive regulation innovation, subjunctive, complementary, mandatory, relevance, preventive etc. Applications of the injunction must have ,strict conditions and definite principle. We should constantly improve the injunction on legislative, judicial problems which exists in the process of application.
