摘　　要：目的了解健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染情况。方法 2010年3月—2012年12月对3584名健康体检者采用13C尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)进行HP检测。结果本组HP总阳性率为46.93%,不同性别总阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性轻度阳性率和中度阳性率高于女性,但强阳性率低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HP在健康体检人群中检出率较高,在健康体检中开展HP检测有重要意义。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of helicobacter pylori （Hp） of healthy humans in medical examination center. Methods The 13Carbon urea breath test （13 C-UBT） of Hp was performed in 3584 health humans in medical examination during March 2010 and December 2012. Results The total positive rate was 46.93%. The difference of total positive rate in gender was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The slight and mid- dle total positive rates of males were significantly higher than those of females, but the strong total positive rate of males was significantly lower than that of females （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The detection rate of Hp is high in healthy humans in medical examinations, so it is necessary to detect Hp in health examinations.
