摘　　要：目前很多医疗纠纷的发生是由医院与患者之间的沟通不到位导致的。医院的手术科室是医疗纠纷的高发科室,特别是针对特殊、重大疑难手术的病人,术前的告知、沟通显得尤为重要。介绍南通市肿瘤医院实施特殊手术术前谈话制度的管理实践,分析了结合肿瘤专科特色的特殊手术的范围、谈话内容与流程、实施情况,并提出了与之相关的实践体会及拓展思路。Currently, many medical disputes are caused by misplaced communication between hospitals and pa- tients and high incidence of disputes occurred in surgical departments so the preoperative notification and communication with the special patients of major difficult surgeries gets particularly important. By introducing the practice of the manage- ment of preoperative conversation system for special operation, the authors analyze the scope of special operations with spe- cial characteristics in oncology department, the contents and process of the conversation and the situation of practice, and present the related practical experience and the expanded thinking.
