摘  要:目的分析医务人员、病人及家属对于医患关系认知差异的成因及其对医患关系的影响,提出对策和建议。方法开展问卷调查并对数据进行分析。结果医患双方在对医患关系认知情况、医患纠纷原因认知情况、就医不满解决途径、医患关系责任主体等方面存在认知差异。结论国家加大医疗投入,完善卫生体制,医院提高医生业务水平和服务质量,建立完善医患沟通制度等,有利于缩小医患双方对于医患关系的认知差异,构建和谐医患关系。Objective: To analyze the causes of cognitive differences on doctor-patient relationship between medical personnel and patients and the impact on doctor-patient relationship, and give suggestions. Method:A questionnaire survey was carded out and the data were analyzed. Result:There are differences between doctors' and patients' cognition on the doctor-patient relationship, disputes reasons, medical dissatisfaction solutions and the subject of responsibility. Conclusion: To increase input on health care ,improve health system,improve the doctors' professional skill and service quality, estab- lish and improve the doctor-patient communication system is conducive to diminishing the cognitive differences and con- structing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
