摘  要:基于百强固位纤维优良的物理性能和良好的生物相容性,本研究通过对经牙髓治疗及各种类型充填后的离体牙进行了百强纤维预防性包裹和不作包裹处理,分别测定二者产生牙折或纤维带断裂、松脱时的加载压力,把各亚组平均值进行比较分析,探讨其预防继发性牙折裂的可行性.结果发现:预防性包裹后抗压能力显著增加,经t检验差别有极显著意义(P<0.01),而且远超过了青壮年正常咀嚼最大咬牙合力2倍;未包裹各组间抵抗力差别也有显著意义(P<0.05).因此,百强固位纤维包裹能明显增加抗压能力,完全达到正常行驶功能时预防牙齿折裂要求.Based on the advantages of physical properties as well as the biocompatibility of Bai-qiang fibers, the research was accepted to determine the pressure during breakage and loose of the fiber band respectively via treating the extracted teeth which were after the treatment of dental pulp and various types of plombage by Bai-qiang fibers including preventative wrapping as well as non-wrapping treatment. It aims to evaluate the feasibility of preventing secondary odontoclasis by Bai-qiang fibers. As a conse- quence, the ability of anti-pressure obviously increased after preventable wrapping. In addition, the difference had obvious signification (P 〈 0. 01 ) through t-test and the maximal biting force was two times higher than normal young adults. Meanwhile, the difference of anti-pressure among non-wrapping groups had obvious signification as well ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Therefore, Bai-qiang fiber wrapping can obviously increase the ability of anti-pressure and it can completely achieve the requirements of preventing odontoclasis at normal status.
