地方院校如何培养大学生的创新能力——湖北师范学院生命科学学院的教育探索

摘　　要：湖北师范学院生命科学学院在培养在校大学生创新能力这一课题上进行了积极有效的探索。文章从育人理念、课程体系、教学方法和科研训练等角度总结了生命科学学院在培养大学生创新能力上的探索和实践。由此得出了地方院校在创新人才培养中具有重要作用;创新人才培养是一个系统工程,需要系统设计与推进;创新人才培养需要结合专业实际等重要启示。It is the demand of times for local universities to cultivate innovative senior talents. The Life Science Institute of Hubei Nonnal University has a positive and effective exploration on cultivating the innovation ability of collage students. The paper smr^marize the explorations and practices of the Ige Science Institute on cultivating student~ innovation ability from an- gles of the educating idea, the curriculum system, the teaching method and the scientific research training. From this we can see that local universities paly an important role on cultivating innovative talents, the cultivating of innovative talents is an sys- tematic project which needs systematic plan and improvement, and the cultivating of innovative talents also should be combined with their practical maior and so on.
