摘　　要：本文首先对舟山群岛新区企业的人才需求进行了实证调研,掌握新区企业对人才需求的现状,再次基础上提出了完善就业市场供需对接的建议,使我校培养的毕业生素质与能力和企业需求实现有效地对接,从而提升我校毕业生就业层次和就业质量,更好地服务于地方经济的发展,为舟山群岛新区的建设做出贡献。First, this paper conducts empirical research on demand for talents in new area of Zhoushan archipelago ,then puts forward some suggestion on how to improve the relationship between the demand and the supply ,in order to achieve the effective joint between the training students＇ quality and ability and the needs of the enterprise, thereby improving students＇ employment quality and making a con- tribution to the construction in new area of Zhoushan archipelago and the development of local economy.
