摘  要:目的建立牛至挥发油的包合参数,使挥发油固体化,减少挥发油的损失。方法采用正交试验法,以包合物得率、挥发油包结率为评价指标,考察了包合温度、油与HP-β-CD比例、包合时间对包合效果的影响。结果最后确定包合温度40℃,油与HP-β-CD比例1∶8,包合时间40min的最佳包合工艺。结论牛至油的水不溶性很大程度上限制了该成分的应用,通过制备牛至油HP-β-CD包合物,一方面改善其水溶性,另一方面保证了挥发油的稳定性,为下一步的制剂奠定有利基础。Objective To establish the inclusion parameter of oregano volatile oil, in order to make the volative oil solidified, and reduce the loss of volatile oil. Methods Indexes including the ratio of obtained inclusion compound and oiliness in inclusion compound were used to evaluate the technologies by orthogonal test. The influence of inclusiontemperature, the radio between voilate oil and HP -β - CD, and time of inclusion on the effects of inclusion have been investigated. Results The optimal preparation condition were that voilate oil to HP - β-CD = 1 : 8, the inclusion temperature is at 40℃, and the inclusion time is 40min. Conclusion The large water in soluble of oregano oil, limits the application of this composition, Through the preparation of HP - β- - CD of oregano oil, it improve the water - soluble, to ensure the stability of the volatile oil, and lay a favorable foundation for the next preparation.
