高效液相色谱法测定补肾活血药对淫羊藿-川芎中阿魏酸淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立补肾活血药对淫羊藿-川芎中阿魏酸和淫羊藿苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbox XDB(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长为321nm和270nm;柱温为25℃;流速1.0mL/min。结果:阿魏酸在7.71-77.1μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为100.8%;淫羊藿苷在13-130μg/mL范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为101.2%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。Objective To establish a HPLC method of simultaneously determining Ferulic acid and Icariin in Epimedium and Chuanx iong.Methods The column was Agilent Zorbox XDB（4.6mm x 150mm,5μm; the mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid solution; the detection wavelength were set at 270nm and 321nm by using wavelength shifts technique; the oven temperature was 25℃ ; the flow rate was 1 mL/min.Results The quantitative evaluation of ferulic acid and Icariin had good linear range,the average recovery were 100.8% and 101.2%.Conclusion The method was simple,scientificly,rapid and reliable for quality control of the Epimedium and Chuanxiong.
