摘 要:通过对比分析纯亚麻针织物经纤维素酶处理后、超声波协同下纤维素酶处理后针织物断裂强力、顶破强力、抗皱性、物理机械性能和刺痒感的变化,得出,经纤维素酶处理后,织物的断裂强力和顶破强力下降,但抗皱性、透气性略有提高,而且手感柔软,毛羽减少,刺痒感得到一定改善;超声波协同纤维素酶处理后,织物的断裂强力、顶破强力降低,透气性,柔软性、抗皱性提高,刺痒感明显改善。The cellulose enzyme treatment and ultrasonic collaborative cellulose enzyme treatment method of linen knitted fabric properties was studied. Through the comparative analysis of pure linen knit the cellulose enzyme treatment, ultrasonic with cellulose enzyme treated fal^ric breaking strength, bursting strength, wrinkle resistance, physical and mechanical properties and the change of itchy feeling that. The cellulose enzyme bedding, fabric of breaking strength and bursting strength decreased, but wrinkle resistance, permeability increases a little, and soft, reduce hairiness, itchy feeling to obtain a certain improvement. Ultrasonic collaborative cellulose enzyme treatment, the fabric of the breaking strength, bursting strength further reduced, air permeability, softness and wrinkle resistance, further improve the itchy feeling also improved obviously.
