摘　　要：目的评估黑龙江省农村原发性闭角型青光眼的患病率。方法选择肇州县进行青光眼调查研究。青光眼诊断标准选择ISGEO标准。所有患者均进行详细的眼科检查。结果 40岁及以上2 056人接受了检查,右眼平均眼压是14.0 mmHg,杯盘比为0.31。原发性闭角型青光眼、原发性房角关闭和可疑原发性房角关闭的患病率分别为1.61%、1.80%和5.35%。所有原发性闭角型青光眼患者中,16例(48.49%)眼压高于21mmHg,17例(51.52%)曾经诊断过原发性闭角型青光眼,16例(48.49%)曾经进行过激光或手术治疗,24例(72.73%)有严重的视力下降。结论中国东北农村原发性闭角型青光眼患病率较高,致盲率高,就诊率偏低,需要积极进行流行病学调查及医学科普宣传。Objective To estimate the prevalence of primary angle-closure glaucoma （PACG） in a rural population in Northeast China. Methods A population-based survey was conducted in Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Northeast China Glaucoma was diagnosed by using International Society of Geographical and Epidemiological Ophthalmology （ISGEO） criteria. All the subjects underwent a complete ophthalmic examination. Results A total of 2 056 subjects aged 40 years or older were examined. The mean intraoeular pressure （IOP） of the right eyes was 14.0 mrnHg. The mean vertical cup-to-disc ratio of the right eyes was 0.31. The prevalence of P ACG, PAC and PACS was 1.61%, 1.80 % and 5.35 %, respectively. Among all the PACG subjects, 16 （48.49 % ） had elevated IOP〉21 mmHg in either eye and 16 （48.49%） had been treated by laser, or surgical iridectomy or trabeculectomy, and 24 （72.73%） had vision impairment of varying degrees. Conclusions Primary angle-closure glaucoma is a disease of high prevalence and low attendance in rural Northeast China, which needs more science advocacy and epidemiological investigation.
