摘　　要：用分光光度法对大、小决明子及其炮制品中还原糖、多糖及蛋白质进行了含量测定 ,并用氨基酸分析仪和等离子发射光谱对其中氨基酸、微量元素进行了分析 ,为评价药材的内在质量、开发食疗保健产品提供资料。The contents of disacharide, polysaccharide, protein, amino acid and trace element from Semen Cassiae and its processed product were analyzed by spectrophotometry, amino acid analyzer and plasma emission spectrum. All these provided data for estimating the quality of drugs and exploiting health products.
