摘 要:为探究高州水库浮游植物群落结构变化规律及其与环境因子的关系,2011年4月至2012年3月对高州水库浮游植物群落周年动态进行调查和分析。结果表明,高州水库共鉴定浮游植物7门、97种,库区浮游植物密度年变化范围为7.8×10^5-72×10^6个/L;全年主要优势种为铜绿微囊藻(Microcystisaeruginosa)与梅尼小环藻(Cyclotellameneghiniana)。Shannon—Wiener多样性指数和均匀度指数分析结果显示,高州水库各区域属于中污染状态;CCA分析表明,氮磷营养盐是影响高州水库浮游植物群落分布的重要因子,温度、pH与CODMn对浮游植物群落分布也有一定程度的影响。In order to know the structure change rule of phytoplankton community and its relationship with environ- mental factors in Gaozhou Reservoir, their annual dynamic were investigated and analyzed from April 2011 to March 2012. The result showed that a total of 97 algal taxa belonging to seven phyla were identified in this reservoir and the cell densities of phytoplankton ranged from 7.8 x 105 cells/L to 9.72 x 106 cells/L. The phytoplankton commu- nity was dominated by Microcystis aeruginosa and Cyclotella meneghiniana in the whole sampling periods. The Gaozhou Reservoir was in the status of moderate pollution based on the analysis of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and evenness index. The canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that the total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) was the most important factor to influence the distribution of phytoplankton community in the res- ervoir. In addition, temperature (T), pH and COD~. also had effected on the distribution of phytoplankton com- munity.
