合肥市预防接种知识“家长讲堂”健康教育模式研究

摘　　要：目的了解"家长讲堂"健康教育模式对儿童家长预防接种知识知晓率和疫苗接种率、及时率的影响,探讨符合本市的预防接种健康教育模式。方法在随机选择的预防接种门诊进行1年的"家长讲堂"干预活动,比较干预前后儿童家长预防接种知识知晓率和门诊疫苗接种率、及时率。结果预防接种知识知晓率干预后(82.3%)高于干预前(21.4%),一类疫苗和二类疫苗的接种率和接种及时率干预后均高于干预前。结论/家长讲堂0健康教育模式可提高儿童家长预防接种知识知晓率,提高疫苗接种率和接种及时率,是适合合肥市的预防接种健康教育模式。Objective To understand the effects of the mode of ＂Parent Forum＂ health education on vaccination knowledge awareness of the parents, the vaccination rate, and the rate of timely vaccination, and explore the suitable mode of vaccination health education in the city. Methods In a randomly selected vaccination clinic, the ＂Parent Forum＂ was carried out for one year. The vaccination knowledge awareness of the parents, the vaccination rate, and the rate of timely vaccination were investigated before and after the intervention, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The rate of vaccination knowledge awareness of the parents was 82.3 % after the intervention, which was much higher than that before the intervention （21.4 % ）. The vaccination rate and the rate of the timely vaccination after the intervention were also higher that those before the intervention. Conclusions The mode of ＂Parent Forum＂ health education can improve the awareness rate of vaccination prevention knowledge of parents of children, the vaccination rate, and the rate of timely vaccination, and it is a suitable vaccination health education mode in the city.
