泪小管吻合术支撑硅胶管留置最佳时间研究

摘　　要：目的研究泪小管断裂吻合术支撑硅胶管留置的最佳时间。方法将泪小管断裂患者按术后支撑硅胶管不同留置时间随机分为a、b、c3组，分别留置1、2、3个月。每组50例（50只眼）。拔管后随访6—12个月，观察泪小管功能恢复情况。结果a组治愈率为64．0％；b组治愈率为88．0％；c组治愈率为86．0％。a组术后治愈率低于b组及c组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=7．89、6．45，P〈0．05）；b组治愈率与c组治愈率经统计学分析差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0．09，P〉0．05）。结论泪小管断裂吻合术后硅胶管留置最佳时间为2个月，合理缩短硅胶管留置时间，减少并发症发生。Objective To study the best stent duration of silicone tube after repair of canalicular lacerations. Methods One hundred and fifty eyes of 150 patients suffered from canalicular lacerations are devided into 3 groups according to the stent duration of silicone tube after operation as 1 month group, 2 months group, 3 months group. Results The curative rate of 1 month group was 64.0%, it was 88.0% in 2 months group, 86.0% in 3 months group. The curative ratio of the 1 month group was evidently lower than the 2 months group （χ^2 = 7.8, P 〈 0.05） or 3 months group （χ^2 = 6. 45, P 〈 0.05 ） , while in the other 2 groups, there was no significance statistical difference （χ^2 = 0. 09, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The best stent duration of silicone tube after repair of eanalicular lacerations is 2 months.
