钟伟成:中国现代管理科学与教育的先驱

摘　　要：交通大学管理学院(1931—1951年)是20世纪上半叶我国乃至亚洲唯一的管理学院,是我国科学管理人才唯一养成之地,为我国早期管理教育的发展做出了开创性成就。然而,对于创建并始终担任管理学院院长的钟伟成,学界鲜有论述。文章拟在梳理钟伟成办理交大管理学院的实践基础上,对其融汇西方管理教育思想与我国社会教育实际所形成的管理教育理念作一评析,以期有益于我国现代管理教育史研究。Jiao Tong University＇s Management School （1931-1951） was the unique one in China and even Asia during the first half of twentieth Century, and became the sole institution which trained managerial talent. So it made creative achievements for the development of Chinese early management education. However, academia seldom concern Zhong Wei-cheng, the creator and dean of the school of management. The article based on Zhong＇s practice in JTU＇ s Management School, comment his concept of management education that blend Western management education and Chinese education, in benefit to the study of educational history of management in china.
