摘 要:目的研究叠鞘石斛茎、叶和花脂溶性成分,为叠鞘石斛的综合开发利用提供科学依据。方法运用GC-MS法对叠鞘石斛不同药用部位脂溶性成分进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索系统对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果叠鞘石斛茎中鉴定出33个化学成分,占总含量的75.84%;叶中鉴定出41种化学成分,占总含量的61.56%;花中鉴定出53种化学成分,占总含量的81.90%。结论首次对川产道地药材叠鞘石斛不同部位脂溶性成分进行定性定量研究,共鉴定出93种成分。不同药用部位脂溶性成分有较大差异,主要成分均为脂肪酸类、酯和烃类。Objective To analyze lipophilic constituents from different organs of Dendrobium aurantiacum Rchb. f. var. dennea- hum( Kerr. )Z. H. Tsi, so as to provide references for the application of it. Methods The lipophilic constituents from different or- gans were isolated and identified by GC - MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results 33 components were characterized from stems, representing 75.84% of the lipophilic constituents ;41 components were characterized from leaves, representing 61.56% of the lipophilic con- stituents 53 components were characterized from flowers, representing 81.90% of the lipophilic constituents. Conclusion This pa- per reports, for the first time, the composition of lipophilic constituents from different organs of Dendrobium aurantiacum Rchb. f. var. denneanum( Kerr. ) Z. H. Tsi. A total of 93 compounds were identified from it. The content and chemical constituents from dif- ferent organs are varied. Ahphatic acid, ester and hydrocarbon represented the abundant chemical classes in different organs.
