少数民族农民工城市适应问题研究——以贵阳市为例

摘　　要：少数民族农民工的城市适应问题包括文化适应、社会适应及心理适应三个方面。城乡二元体制、部分城市市民及管理部门的偏见是阻碍少数民族农民工城市适应的社会影响因素。低文化水平、同质性社交圈、自卑自愿阻隔心理是少数民族农民工城市适应的自身影响因素。本文以贵阳市为例,分析了少数民族农民工城市适应的状况及其影响因素,提出了尝试性对策与建议。The issue on Minority migrant workers＇ urban adaptation includs three aspects：cuhural adjustment, social adjustment and mental adaptation. Urban-rural dual system, bias of the few city residents and management sector is social influencing factor hindering minority migrant workers＇ urban adaptation. Low cultural level, the homogeneity of the social circle, the psychological inferiority and voluntary mental barrier is minority migrant workers＇ personal factor of urban adaptation. Taking Guiyang as an example in this article, analysis the status and the influencing factors of minority migrant workers to the city, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on trial.
