摘  要:为有效地解决数控装备在复杂网络制造环境下的协同控制问题,并支持大量异构敏感信息的安全交互,构建了面向数控装备的多级协同健康管理平台.根据数控装备健康管理的需求,划分递阶式健康管理单元,设计一种基于B/S和C/S混合模型的四级协同控制体系结构.在此基础上重点解决了健康管理功能的分配问题,建立了一套较完整的安全访问控制体系,包括用户可信性验证策略、XML安全视图生成算法和同名节点自修复算法.最后开发原型系统并进行安全访问控制验证.To deal with the cooperative control problem of computer numerical control ( CNC ) in the complicated network manufactur-ing environment effectively, and to support the secure interoperation of massive heterogeneous and sensitive information, a CNC e- quipment health management ( CNCEHM ) platform was established. According to the requirements of CNCEHM, health manage-ment units were divided hierarchically, and a cross-platform 4-level cooperative architecture of CNCEHM was constructed based on mixed model of B/S and C/S. On that basis, functions of health management were distributed rationally and an infrastructure of secu-rity access control was presented, which includes credibility validation strategy to users, XML security view generation and self repair of nodes with the same name. Finally, a prototype system was developed and its access security was verified.
