制度伦理视域下医学职业精神制度化建构研究

摘　　要：建构一个完善的医学职业精神对于现代医疗卫生事业意义重大。目前,国内外建构医学职业精神的研究更多侧重于德性伦理的塑造,较少涉及制度伦理分析。制度伦理作为当前伦理研究的一个重要理论热点,关注制度本身的公正与正义问题。目前造成医学职业精神缺失的原因除了与道德滑坡的内在因素有关以外,也存在着医疗制度建设不完善方面的因素,因此,在制度伦理视域下,坚持合乎人道、维护正义、保障公平、遵守法治等伦理原则进行医学职业精神制度化建构,具有重要的现实意义。The comprehensive medical professionalism construction has the major significance for modern medical and health career.At present,the construction of medical professionalism at home and abroad were more focused on the shaping of virtue ethics,less involved with the institutional ethical analysis.The institutional ethics as current ethical research hotspot is concerned about the fairness and justice of the institution itself.Except for the internal factors of moral decline,the reasons for lacking medical professionalism are related to the imperfect medical institution.Therefore,under the institutional ethics sight,adhere to some ethical principles for medical professionalism institutionalized construction,such as conforming the humanism,maintaining the justice,upholding the fairness,abiding the rule of law,has important practical significance,such as a strong guarantee for medical purposes and curbing medical corruption.
