摘  要:以报废的尾气催化剂铂为研究对象,采用磷酸三丁酯的萃淋树脂对铂的王水提取液进行吸萃,然后用NaOH进行洗脱,考察了吸萃用的HCl浓度、吸萃时间、洗脱用的NaOH浓度对分离效果的影响。结果表明,在HCl浓度为3 mol/L、时间为6 min的条件下,使用磷酸三丁酯的萃淋树脂进行吸萃,然后在NaOH浓度为4 mol/L的条件下进行洗脱,效果最佳,总提取率为94%。The paper puts its target to clarify the effects on the recov- ering of platinum (Pt) from the used auto-exhaust catalyst. As is known, Pt can be recovered by leaching, adsorption and elution. For our research goal, we have analyzed the concentration of HC1 in ad- sorption, adsorption time, and the concentration of NaOH in elution in different conditions while making a discussion of the mechanism of the adsorption by HC1 and the elution by NaOH. In proceeding with our research, first of all, we managed to break the spent atao-exhaust catalyst into pieces and leached a 5 g sample by using 80 mL aqua regia for 1.5 h. Secondly, the levextrel resin was prepared by mixing the 5g D101 macroporous resin and 5 mL tri-butyl-phosphate (TBP). And, thirdly, we managed to use 0.1 g levextrel resin in hoping to adsorb Pt from 100 mL solution in different concentrations of HCI for a certain length of time. Thus, eventually, the Pt in the levextrel resin was eluted by 100 mL in the condition of different concentrationsof NaOH. The results of our experiment show that the adsorption rate tended to increase with the increase of the concentration of HC1 from 0.5 mol/L to 3.0 mol/L, while keeping the constant under the con- dition when the concentrations of HC1 stayed between 3.0 mol/L and 5.0 mol/L. And, then, on the contrary, the adsorption rate tended to decrease when the concentration of HC1 reached by 5.5 mol/L that may happen to be due to the competitive influence between C1- and PtCI26- or that of HC1 and H2PtCI6. The results of our experiment in- dicate that if the adsorption rate increases over time, it would keep unchanged by 6 rain. The results show that elution rate keeps going on increasing as the concentrations of NaOH were increasing from 1.0 mol/L to 4.0 mol/L, and keeps constant until the concentrations of NaOH reaches 4 moL/L. In conclusion, it would be possible to reach the best recovery efficiency when the adsorption with TBP in levextrel resin for 6 min in 3 mol/L HC1, with the elution being in 4 mol/L Na
