摘　　要：近二十年来学术界对成人学习风格的研究逐渐增加,研究者主要对成人学习风格的内涵、重要性、特点及其影响因素、应对策略等进行了研究。本文对相关研究内容进行了系统的梳理,总结其取得的成绩及存在的不足,以期促进成人学习风格研究的发展。With the development of adult education, during the recent 20 years, the academic research on adult learning style has also gradually increased. The witnesses certain enhancement in research of the adult learning style＇s definitiaon, importance, characteristic and influence factors as well as the coping strategies and so on. This article attempts to comb the research contents, summarize the achievements and problems, so as to promote the development of adult learning style.
