神经生长因子联合甲强龙治疗视神经挫伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合甲基强的松龙治疗视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法将视神经挫伤患者35例（35眼）分为2组，治疗组18例（18眼），对照组17例（17眼）。治疗组主要采用鼠神经生长因子30μg，肌肉注射，1次／d，疗程2～3周，同时给予改善微循环及甲基强的松龙冲击治疗。对照组除不用鼠神经生长因子外，其他用药同治疗组。主要疗效观察指标为视力、P—VEP、视野。结果治疗组有效率为83．33％，对照组为58．82％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组P-VEP P100治疗后潜伏期为（114．51±7．42）ms，振幅（6．62±1．32）uV，对照组治疗后潜伏期为（126．08±9．25）ms，振幅（5．01±1．28）uV。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论鼠神经生长因子联合甲基强的松龙治疗视神经挫伤的疗效优于常规治疗。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor（NGF） combined with methylprednisolone in treating optic nerve contusion. METHODS Randomly 35 patients with optic nerve contusion （35 eyes） were divided into two groups, treatment group （ 18patients, 18 eyes ）, control group （ 17 patients, 17 eyes）.Treatment group mainly used 30μg NGF intramuscular injection once daily, 2-3 weeks, and for the improvement of circulation combined with methylprednisolone. The control group without using NGF,gave the same drugs as the treatment group. RESULTS The primary efficacy outcome was visual acuity, P-VEP and visual field. The effective rate was 83.33% in treatment group, while 58.82% in control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）; P-VEP Plc0 incubation period was 114.51 ±7.42ms, amplitude was 6.62±1.32uV in treatment group after treatment,incubation period was 126.08±9.25 ms, amplitude was 5.01 ±1.28 uV in control group after treatment. There was significant difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Mouse nerve growth factor combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of optic nerve contusion had positive effect.
