激光联合中医辨证治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨激光联合中医辨证治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将血糖控制在10mmol/L以下的糖尿病视网膜病变增殖前期的患者120例240只眼,随机分为两组,治疗组采用激光联合中医辨证治疗,对照组采用单纯激光治疗,观察1个月及2个月后2组视力及眼底出血、渗出及微血管瘤消失情况。结果 (1)1个月后治疗组视网膜出血与渗出吸收的有效率是79.5%,对照组的有效率是62.9%;两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)2个月后治疗组无灌注区与微动脉瘤消失的有效率是90.6%,对照组的有效率是68.9%;两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗2个月后视力提高治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)治疗2个月后治疗组总体疗效的有效率是94.17%,对照组总体疗效的有效率是81.67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光联合中医辨证治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效优于单纯激光治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of laser combined with TCM treatment for dia- betic retinopathy. METHODS Two hundred and forty eyes of 120 proliferation early diabetic retinopathypatients, blood glucose diabetic retinopathy 10mmol/L or less were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group was treated with laser joint TCM, the control group received laser treatment alone, and the visual acuity, retinal hemorrhage, exudation and neovascularization disappeared circumstances were observed in one and two month. RESULTS （ 1 ） the efficiency of retinal hemorrhage and exudation absorption were 79.5% and 62.9% in two groups respectively one month after treatment. The difference was statistically significant compared the two groups （P〈0.05）. （2） the efficiency of disappeared macular edema and microaneurysms were 90.6% and 68.9% respectively two month after treatment. The difference was statistically significant compared the two groups （P〈0.05）. The visual acuity improvement was statistically significant in the treatment group compared with control group （P〈0.05） two months after treatment. The overall efficacy rates were 94.17% and 81.67% in two groups respectively two month after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared the two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Laser Joint TCM treatment of diabetic retinopathy had significant effect. It was safe and uncomplicated, worthy of promotion and application.
