摘  要:工商行政管理所(队)公务员激励机制的完善与否直接影响到工商行政管理所(队)公务员工作积极性的调动和工作效率的提高。本文以西安市L区的200名工商行政管理所(队)公务员作为研究对象,从工作满意度、所需激励因素、激励因素的实际供给情况、执法环境对工商行政管理所(队)公务员工作动力的影响以及绩效考评与工作动力的关系等方面分析了接受调查的工商行政管理所(队)公务员的工作状况,在此基础上探索了适合该群体的工资、福利、考核、在职培训、职务升降等方面的激励机制,以期对我国工商行政管理所(队)公务员管理的实践有所裨益。Industrial and commercial administration management (team) civil servants is a special grassroots administrative law enforcement kind of civil servant group,and their incentive mechanism can not be ignored.In this paper the 200 industrial and commercial administration management (team) civil servants in Xi'an L area for research object,through the questionnaire investigation,interview discussion,from the job satisfaction and the need of incentive factors,incentive factors of the actual supply situation.The law enforcement environment administrative management for industry and commerce (team) civil servants working power and the influence of performance evaluation and motivation such as the relation of the five aspects to analyze accept investigation of industrial and commercial administration management (team) of the public servant incentive condition, and explore suitable for the group's wage and welfare,examine,on-the-job training,position the links such as lifting the incentive mechanism,so as to our country industrial and commercial administration management (team) civil servants of the management practice of benefit.
