准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:对准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法:随机选取31例(62眼)高度近视患者,对其用准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术进行治疗。结果:31例高度近视患者经过准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗后,上皮愈合的平均时间为(3.56±1.5)d,术后第1天0级疼痛的眼数为25,占40.32%;Ⅰ级疼痛的眼数为18,占29.03%;Ⅱ级疼痛的眼数为16,占25.81%;Ⅲ级疼痛的眼数为3,占4.84%。术后半月平均裸眼视力为0.80±0.15;一个月后平均裸眼视力为0.93±0.2;三个月后平均裸眼视力为0.95±0.31。结论:准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视临床效果显著,安全性高,可广泛推广使用。Objective： To analyze and explore the clinical effect of excimer epithelial corneal LASIK for high myopia.Method：We randomly selected 31 cases（62 eyes） patients with high myopia,its subcutaneous angle of the excimer laser LASIK surgery.Result： 31 cases of patients with high myopia after laser subepithelial corneal LASIK treatment,the average epithelial healing time was（3.56 ± 1.5） days,without eye pain in the first postoperative day were 25 eyes,accounting for 40.32%;Level I pain in the eyes were 18 cases,accounting for 29.03%;level II pain of the eye is 16,accounting for 25.81%;grade III pain of the eye were 3,accounting for 4.84%.The average postoperative half months,uncorrected visual acuity was 0.80 ± 0.15;one month after the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 0.93 ± 0.2;three months after the mean uncorrected visual acuity was 0.95 ± 0.31.Conclusion： corneal epithelial cells and high myopia laser keratomileusis clinical effect is remarkable,high security,can be widely used.
