摘　　要：目的:了解青少年家长对性生殖健康教育的态度和行为,为开展家长青春期教育提供依据。方法:使用统一调查问卷,对7个区县32所中学的5245位学生家长进行匿名问卷调查。结果:①女生家长对孩子发育情况的知晓率(97.59%)高于男生家长(53.29%);母亲的知晓率(83.07%)大于父亲(63.03%);②家长对孩子的异性交往态度:表示适度而止43.05%,反对16.97%;有67.41%的男生家长和83.41%的女生家长反对中学生恋爱。③家长对其子女性与生殖健康指导的内容有性别差异性:男生家长关注的是"性生理发育"和"恋爱";女生家长则关注"如何保健"。④家长与孩子沟通时间:女生家长明显高于男生家长;母亲与孩子的沟通时间明显高于父亲。结论:中学生家长对青少年性生殖健康教育的态度和行为存在差异,需要提供诊断针对性咨询教育。Objective: To understand the attitudes and behaviors of parents to adolescent sexual and reproductive health education so as to provide a basis for parents to conduct adolescent education. Methods: An anonymous and uniform questionnaire was conducted to survey 5 245 parents of middle school students from 32 middle schools in seven districts( counties) in Shanghai city. Results: The awareness rate of parents to development of their daughters was 97. 59%,which was higher than that of their boys( 53. 29%); the awareness rate of mothers was 83. 07%,which was higher than that of fathers( 63. 03%); the attitudes of parents towards heterosexual communication of the students: 43. 05% of them agreed for moderate,16. 97% of them opposed; 67. 41% of boys' parents and 83. 41% of girls' parents opposed children's love relationship; there were differences between boys' and girls' parents towards the contents of reproductive guidance they provided for their children: boys' parents paid more attention to children's sex physiogenesis and love; girls' mothers paid more attention to how to do health care. Communication time between parents and children: girls' parents spend more time to communicate with their children compared with boys' parents; mothers spend more time than fathers. Conclusion: There are differences among middle school parents in their attitudes and behaviors towards adolescents' sexual and reproductive health education. Carrying out proper consultation and education is necessary.
