摘　　要：在深化公立医院改革的背景下，探讨医改对医院药学发展的影响与机遇，阐述药师在医疗服务中的作用，并结合我国药师队伍现状，为构建新型临床药学服务体系提出建议。Amid the progress of public hospitals reform, the paper probed into the influences and opportunities of the health reform on the development the hospital pharmacy. They discussed the roles of pharmacists in medical service, and recommended on building the pharmaceutical service system in view of the current caliber of the pharmacists.
