摘　　要：对行政人的哲学分析是行政哲学研究的重要内容。行政人的自我反思是行政人的一种思维方式和行政人的自我对话,是行政人行动中的反思和对行动的反思,它包括行政活动前的前瞻性反思、活动中的即时性反思和活动后的追溯性反思。自觉的反思是行政人在行政生活中成为独立性主体的重要体现,它使行政人成为"反思性实践者",成为"智慧型"行政人,成为"自我更新者"和"德性"行政人。在不断的自我反思中,行政人职业得以发展,人格得以提升。The philosophical analysis of administrator is an important content of the administrative philosophy research. Self- reflection of administrator is self- talk of administrator as well as a kind of way of thinking. It is reflection in action of administrator and reflection to the action. It includes the prospective reflection before administrative activities,real- time reflection in the activities and the traceability of reflection after the activities. Consciousness of reflection becomes the important embodiment of independent subject of administrator in his life,who makes the administrator'reflective practitioner'and becomes 'smart'administrator,and 'update'and 'virtue'administrator.Constant self- reflection develops administrator's career and enhance his personality.
